Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must also be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, magazines, newspapers)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

We may grant partial refunds in certain cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Then contact your bank – processing times vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
